Just wanted to let you know what a great job you’re doing. I have been very impressed at the board meetings. Menas HOA Management is always well prepared and on top of things. Also, I have read many responses to homeowners when situations occur. I have found them to be very well written and on the mark. Often, we only let you know the bad things that happen, so I wanted to make sure you also hear about the good things.
Menas is the first property management company that sent notification to us informing us that they would be taking over as the new management company for the community. This shows outstanding customer service on behalf of Menas, as other companies do not notify the vendor and we are out of the loop. Job well done!
