The dedicated staff in our Delinquency Department is knowledgeable in all areas of collections, including federal and state laws, foreclosure and bankruptcy, Superior Court actions and Small Claims lawsuits. This specialized knowledge provides our clients with an invaluable in-house resource.
All collections from pre-lien letters through small claims court appearances are handled personally by Menas Realty Company’s staff until such a time as the Board elects to send an account to the Association’s attorney to commence legal efforts; therefore providing a cost-savings to both the Association and to the homeowners in your community. While aggressively pursuing delinquent accounts, MRC encourages the Board to entertain payment plans and settle agreements whenever possible. Our staff continues to track debts owed by previous owners and works with collection agencies and investigators to locate former owners in order to collect debts remaining due to the Association.
